ORDERING PRODUCTS
To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Our acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance of your order. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. We will notify you if we do not accept your order, for example, because your selected products are unavailable, payment is not authorised, or you are placing a bulk order.
Once your order is despatched, we will send you a confirmation email which is acceptance of your order. Our confirmation email will include an estimated delivery date for your order, and we will endeavour to fulfil your order by the date set out in the acknowledgement email.
It is your responsibility to ensure you can receive emails from us. In the unlikely event you are having difficulty receiving our emails, please contact us by phone (07930 112245) and we will try and assist you further.
Our products are sold to you subject to any terms and conditions in respect of the individual product described on the Website. We endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Your product and its packaging may vary slightly from these images. We will inform you as soon as possible upon receiving your order confirmation if an error is discovered about the price of the goods that you have ordered.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS
The price of any products will be as quoted on our site as British pound sterling (GBP), except in cases of obvious error.
These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options.
We reserve the right to change the price of the products shown on our Website and withdraw or change product offers. Any changes will not affect orders in respect of when we have already dispatched your order. If there is any error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel or reconfirm your order. We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
DELIVERY
The cost of packaging and postage is clearly displayed at the checkout procedure for your approval prior to submitting your order. The stated 'delivery information' which you will receive when placing your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the order confirmation.
We use various delivery companies to ensure your orders are delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please report to us directly in an unlikely event that you do not receive your order that has already been dispatched.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered, or any other matters that cause the delay, due to any event outside our reasonable control.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Ownership of the products delivered will only pass to you on receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the order.
CANCELLATIONS
If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
Please send us a notice of cancellation by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. You should return the products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original product packaging.
When returning the products, you must ensure it is packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care in doing so before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage. When returning products back to us we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
We will reimburse the purchase price of the returned product(s) no later than 14 days after the day we receive them back from you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
SECURITY
You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on our Website.
