Vocal Toning&Chanting: 5:15pm - 5:45pm (£10)

A chance to air your sound, and to open and align your Chakras through voice work. This session is intended for complete beginners and seasoned songsters alike. We all have things to learn from one another - especially about the use of our breath and our voice. Please bring a bottle of water with you to keep yourself hydrated whilst using your voice

SoundSpa - with Gong: from 6pm to 7pm (£20)

A time to relax into sound vibrations and to be held in restorative space
For your comfort, please bring something to lie on and blankets /coverings for warmth, oh yes, and something for your head to rest upon on too

It'll be fantastic to have you with us, sharing our journeys, and you can choose to come along to either or BOTH of the sessions - as is your desire...

All people will be welcomed and cherished in our sacred sound space. We're looking forward to you giving us the opportunity to love-bomb you!
